Talent + Continued Education + Uncommon Work Ethic + Serving Others = Taking Care of My Family! The better I serve others, the more I am able to serve my family. It's immensely rewarding to help others grow and succeed, knowing that their success has a positive ripple effect on those around them; their friends, family, and community.

As the youngest of five children, I watched my older siblings spread their wings while I was still in the nest, but it took a long time to figure out what I wanted to do with my life. I played sports growing up but was never elite. I went to college but was following the footsteps of others instead of walking my own path. Graduating during The Great Recession was unavoidable timing and made post-grad life difficult. Like many, I found work that didn't require a four-year degree. Eventually, I landed my first job in sales, and for the first time in my life, I knew what I born to do.

I began my career in Multifamily Property Management with Village Green as a Sales Consultant. I had zero sales experience when I started, but I had enthusiasm and aimed to learn everything I could. I quickly became known for mastering telephone sales performance. I helped fifteen crisis, underperforming, and lease-up properties locally and out of state while earning many awards - even a trip for two to Mexico by winning 2015 Top Sales Manager of the Year. Our phone calls were recorded and I led the company every year I was on site.

I'm proud of my achievements but found the most satisfaction in helping others achieve. After directly training the Top Sales Professional Award Winners of 2015 and 2016, I was promoted to lead the company's sales training and development efforts.

I was fortunate to have great mentors early on in my career. I remember being unsure if I wanted to become a sales trainer. They say those that can't "do" teach, but I could "do," and I was making more money than I ever thought possible. However, the game was too easy at that point, and I was ready to make an impact. With this opportunity, one of my mentors would become my new director. He and I could talk for hours about sales and marketing. I knew how to sell at a high level and he gave me the autonomy to develop my content in order to connect the dots for each individual. In 2018, I was promoted to Director of Sales Training and spent three more years developing content, programs, and people. I resigned to reach a larger audience and started building my own company. As long as I'm living, I will continue sharing my secrets, learning new ones, and repeating the process.
